Right in the heart of the historic downtown area. A 10-minute walk to the train station and charming downtown business district with nice shops and restaurants. The whole town was clean. The unit was absolutely perfect…inside the historic old Gem theater. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Durango or partake of the scenic Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad
